Modise has been hanging around for quite a while now with his mother (a young woman named Manyenye), but only recently started daily attending the Care Centre.  It has been amazing to watch his personality grow—I love it when he waves at me or tries to smile.  Poor guy is still getting used to being away from his mother, and so cries quite often.  Recently he had a very serious rash all over his body, and is only now recovering enough to come back to the crèche.

Modise, also a little charmer is a pure joy to have around.  He is sweet, friendly, fun and mischievous.  At this point in time, Modise is not really interested in writing activities, but that is okay.  He loves story time and to echo whatever the other children say.  He loves to eat and lunch time is his favorite part of the day!  You will never see Modise angry or unfriendly, he has the most beautiful smile that can brighten your day in an instant.  If, by any chance there is no smile on that little face, you can know for sure that he is ill.  He is such a pleasure to have around and I know that he is only 'resting' his brain.  He is going to be a clever little boy! Keep on watching this space, great things to come for Modise!!
